Electoral Board

The Hanover County Electoral Board is a three member board appointed to three year staggered terms by the Judges of the Circuit Court.  The Board has a Chairman, Vice-Chairman and a Secretary.  The Electoral Board appoints a General Registrar, Election Officials and Voting Machine Custodians.  The primary function of the Electoral Board is to administer the Commonwealth's election laws within the County of Hanover.
